SUE LEWIS is a writer of lyric poetry and haiku. She’s won the Cinnamon Press pamphlet competition three times: with Texture in 2019, with Journey in 2021 and with Between the Words in 2024. All are available from http://www.cinnamonpress.com or Amazon. She’s been published in several poetry magazines and has been shortlisted twice for the Bridport Poetry Prize. Her work appeared in the pandemic anthology Beyond the storm, which raised money for NHS charities. She’s a member of Sutton Writers, Mole Valley Poets, Croydon’s Poets Anonymous, the Second Light collective, the Kith writing community and the British Haiku Society.
Her new book Written down in pencil was published by The Hedgehog Poetry Press in 2024 and Sue s0ld 100 copies for local charities (Sutton Night Watch and Sutton Home Start), raising £500.
